We ordered the gluten free option for takeaway and when it arrived we realised after a couple of spoonfuls it was clearly not. My kids could have been really sick if we hadn’t spotted this. We called to complain and they came up with a feable excuse that they were planning to call us. Even worse, they offered us a £6 discount off our next purchase. Really poor.

Absolutely horrific experience. We paid £6.95 for nachos and what we received was a box of tortilla chips and a minuscule tub of salsa, maybe adequate for one or two chips at most. There was also no guacamole as advertised. When I phoned to complain, no resolution was offered, I was told that the manager was away but may be able to give us store credit - as if we would want that at this stage. I only wish I could attach a picture to truly get across what they tried to pass off as a £6.95 nacho dish. I will be going in tomorrow and demanding a full refund as honestly, I feel robbed and insulted zapata and I will never use them again.

The worst thing I have ever attempted to eat in my life. My burrito was a massive bland kebab. Found out it's part of a pizza place afterwards which says it all. Don't waste your money.

If I could give this place 0 star I honestly would, the food was absolutely bland lacked any flavour the best comparison that this food could be made to is cardboard, it's a disgrace to Mexican food, I would avoid this place at all costs complete waste of money.
