Would highly recommend this restaurant. Would say is not one of the mill Indians. Food quality is excellent preparation and presentation is excellent. Manager is receptive whilst not intrusive. Have eaten here on two separate occasions recently and on both occasions the presentation has been great.

Very average food. Good service and ambience though. Why to add sugar and artificial colours to the curry? Maybe good for people who don't know what actual Indian food taste like.

Simply the best Indian restaurant I've found anywhere period... That sounds hyperbolic over the top but no, I'm not going to understate it.. I've eaten in many highly rated expensive fashionable indians and authentic back street cafe style restaurants and everything in between and I have to say this is as good as it gets with a fabulous original menu beautifully cooked and flavoured dishes and good value for money at about £30-£40 ahead in wine... If you like Asian food you will love Atithi

Authentic and yet different Indian food served by talented chef/proprietor in pleasant surroundings. Birianis a speciality. Southern Indian style cooking. Decent enough service. Some dishes expensive and a fairly simple menu. Not the best wine list and no beer on draft. Overall a good experience.
