TWO HOUR PIZZA WAIT MORE THAN ONCE !!! Ordered via the app was waiting and waiting and waiting they was so busy that they couldn't handle the volume. So lack of service caused a wait with no idea. When me and a good few others blocked there phone lines with a hey wheres my order was told come down and collect it will be quicker. There was more than me down there asking questions. This store unfortunately has not enough staff or the staff don't have an incentive too stay with the company. The owner clearly will take your order and keep you waiting because hey money's money use a local service get an update when there busy or avoid the app as gives you no clue.

Took 90 mins to deliver. Called branch they just hung up on me. Useless service with no customer care.

Have had no luck using this Branch. When ever I order online it routes my order via this store and have never had a delivery in time and with a hot pizza. Often with something missing or incorrect. I think like other reviewers that the staff are inexperienced or have a lack incentive to improve. I'd imagine the retention of staff is Low just like the customer retention.

Had slight issue with original online order- but was resolved by incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Nicest delivery drivers we have ever had. Very happy with service and eventual food quality!
