i went to this restaurant with my friends last night. Very disappointed! My friend & i are Malaysians. We know what Malaysian food looks like, tastes like, etc.. Unfortunately,the food in this restaurant, there's nothing authentically Malaysian about it! My friend had beef rendang, we've tasted better. The rice dish my friend had came with peanuts on the side. Unfortunately the peanuts were gritty, she bit into small stones. The Korean lady at front of house, she had poor english. I showed her my taste card as we sat down at our table but when we asked for our bill later, our taste card discount wasn't included. I mentioned to the waiter i had shown the Korean waitress that I had a taste card & I expected a discount. He promptly came back with an A4 sheet with terms & conditions about service charge etc... Why show us the terms & conditions as we are about to pay? Surely we should know these conditions before we ordered our food. Won't be going back there in a hurry!!

4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 young children. All in all, quite a bad experience regarding the food. The waitress serving us must have been quite new as she was very unsure of any of the menu choices. The food was cooked freshly. All the rice dishes were exactly the same even though we'd chosen 3 separate dishes (1 veggie main, an egg fried and another). The rice and noodles were generous but any dish containing substance was meagre, verging on stingy. The chicken dish was covered in soy sauce and too salty to eat. The beef dish was ok but nothing like the menu description. We did mention the chicken was inedible which was removed from the bill. The plates and cutlery didn't match. Side plates were requested as not provided within the meal. Very disappointing.

First visit. Very impressed. Really friendly service, great food and loved the music!! Definitely worth a visit.

Cosy, family owned Malaysian restaraunt does great food with splendid service. The Chicken Rendang is outstanding.
