Really good experiece. 100% would come here again. One of the best Italian restaurant's in Twickenham. Would recommend. Wonderful staff especially Ben who served us.

Attentive and friendly staff in a good sized and well designed restaurant with quality food. Not particularly cheap but also rarely disappointing. Wine is surprisingly affordable. Gets a bit crazy on rugby days. Big windows that are open onto the street in summer.

Really nice staff and a PERFECT manager! We always enjoyed their food and the amazing customer service but the last time we’ve been there we ordered a pizza with smoked chicken topping. It’s nice BUT we found a bitten piece of chicken! You could see the tooth marks on it obviously! I was surprised because I know the manager is so careful and I’m sure she didn’t know about it.

Terrible food, service is shoddy. You don't even get quantity over quality - you're paying for undersized, underseasoned or undercooked food that's not even that hard to make. Just get a pizza otherwise it'll for sure underwhelm. And just take it slow with your one drink, the staff never offer you another one and even when you hail them over it still takes forever to get to you...the place was only 40% full. Don't bother, just get a ready meal Italian from M&S down the round, or go to an independent Italian restaurant, at least they'll care.

I like this Zizzi. Friendly staff and service and tasty food. There is good variety on the kids menu, although my daughter chose the bolognese and I did think it tasted a bit weird but she seemed to like it. It might have been the 'hidden vegetables'.
