Consistently good quality pizza - always fully loaded - and it comes pretty quickly too. Their buy-one-get-one-free collection deal makes them inexpensive too - if you can call in or collect. Lots of interesting toppings. Seafood pizza rather salty unfortunately. Highly recommended nevertheless.

It's such a shame that I have to leave a one star here but this is all because of such bad customer service. I'm sure their pizzas are great but I didn't even get round to having one. Entered all the details on their own site to order online for him delivery, gave them my credit card details but I had no idea whether my order had gone through or not. Called the local branch who told me nothing was on their system but that I should contact their head office to check... So I asked how to contact them and was told I needed to email them... Bearing in mind I had no idea if a pizza was on its way to me or not, I emailed them and waited ages for a response. An hour later, nothing. I still don't know whether they processed my payment and nobody is able to tell me. So do I order from somewhere else or do I wait? What a disaster of an ordering system.

I'm absolutely astonished that Village Pizza has any bad reviews at all - it serves the most delicious pizza outside of Italy and I hardly ever order from anywhere else in Twickenham! Delivery is good and the toppings are even better, and there's no shortage of options. I'd recommend Village Pizza to every pizza-lover out there.

Easy money, little care for the clients. Normally you can buy one get one free pizza but their card machine want working and I only had £10, so they could only give me a £7 pizza and offered no sauce. Will not return. For £1 they could have offered something else...not necessarily another pizza but at least a water

worst service to i've ever had from anywhere, i was a customer for about 6 months and i've received the wrong order too many times without an apology or compensation for me to ever order from there again. the drivers are fantastic, management however needs to learn how to run a business.
