Ordered food, waited for an hour, nothing, my partner rang the restaurant and they said they’d been knocking on the door, explained no one had knocked on the door and we hadn’t received our food. The man on the phone started to shout at my partner and call him a d*ckhe*d and tell him to never order from them again and wouldn’t allow my partner to explain that nothing had turned up.

The pizza and lamb donar is amazing. The masala fish is ok. Do not order from there direct website even though it has a discount. They always forget the order and when you call them an hour later they just start making it then. It happened 3 times to me. Either collect the order or order off uber. You can not sit and eat in the shop as the seats are in bad condition. Also the staff communicate loudly and swear frequently when they speak. Therefore cannot sit in the shop and eat.

Ordered a large donner meat & chips and was presented with this. I don't know whether to laugh or cry but overall I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the food and the 20 minutes it took to prepare it empty shop.  Absolutley rank Will not be going back there again.

Absolutely delicious, we had the large fish and chips, portions were perfect size and the fish was so flakey and cooked perfectly, hot and quick what more can you ask for, and cheaper than regular chippys which I was shocked at but loved it. 5 stars from me

I am a very old customer of Yumyum until today I received a French fries with three hairs on it, I called them and they yelled at me on the phone and they never changed my fries.  I never buy anything in that place again every day the attention is worse

This place is for the most part a cut above the other standard takeaway joints you see. They’ve just started doing fish and chips using the shop range and though I wasn’t too impressed with the chips I will give them time to sort themselves out and learn. I don’t know if they have a rumbler but they need to have some drywite to make sure the chips dry out properly before frying. Pizzas from here are highly recommended by my work mates and I love the chicken strips from here. Staff are very friendly and courteous to customers.

Excellent under-rated shop … the food is excellent & the staff seem really friendly Plenty of car-parking on the main road the A45 out the front. It’s more or less opposite the Morrisons superstore so it’s very easy to find. Well done guys thumbs up from me.

Tried to cancel my order multiple times and they still didn’t cancel it and got a call saying they are on the way when I didn’t want the food. Do not order from here as they don’t understand

Whilst the food is cheap I think Big Johns tastes nicer for pretty much the same price. Ordered a ‘gourmet’ beef burger, but it was definitely not gourmet but rather frozen patties.  I had a meat feast pizza which was average where even the base did not taste decent and a land donner I had was rubbery.
