We enjoyed a lovely meal here for our 5th time. Service was amazing and the food was incredible. The pie of the day came highly recommended and did not disappoint and the specials were lovely too. If you are looking for something special to end you holiday with I would always try this place. Make sure to book, we went on a Sunday and it was lovely to see them so busy.
Went for a family meal for my wife’s birthday. Food was excellent as were the staff, a rendition of happy birthday by staff and other customers was fun and not expected! We all had a great time and crazy food requests by the kids were all accommodated.
We went there for a meal. Gorgeous food with perfect portion sizes, beautifully presented. The service was relaxed, knowledgeable, and very efficient.nI can not praise the restaurant enough, and we will go back next time we are in Porthmadog.
BED BUGS! We had room 7. It was horrible. Small and the mattress was old with hard springs poking in our back and I woke up with Bed Bug bites all over my legs! We had table & chairs outside our room where guests could sit, unfortunately 4 people sat eating and drinking and being loud for hours so we had to close our window which made room hot and stuffy. The only good thing was the breakfast. Worst place we have stayed in UK.
We booked an hotel in porthmadog so that we could celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary at this restaurant . It didn't disappoint , the food ,atmosphere ,staff and service are amazing , they didn't know it was our anniversary so we didn't receive any special service but the service is amazing anyway . Definitely the best restaurant in North Wales and we live in North Wales so know the country very well !
