Rude miserable staff
Such bad attitude and not willing to help 
Feel so uncomfortable going in the store now
They are only interested in serving new customers 
I went in to collect an online order for £85 and wanted to return 2 items 
The lady that served me was very rude 
Are they on some sort of commission where refunds are a nuisance to them???

Staff were very sharp with an attitude and didnt seem like they were happy or wanting to serve me as a customer. Perhaps annoyed attitude due to me interrupting their conversation. Wouldnt go back to the store because of the staff would only use online ordering.

first time in this store and I was shocked when I found out it only stocked size 16+. Was a bit pricey in there, even the sale rail was still pricey but overall a nice store.
