It was really difficult finding the actually store , its turns out they are actually inside Top shop . I kept walking round in circles . it was soo annoying. The clothes are really good but it a lot of hassle returning.
It was Thursday 16th of August. I was looking for an outfit for my birthday coming up that weekend, I saw these sparkly trousers and decided to try them on. Because only one person at a time can go into the cubicles my friend was waiting outside. Once the trousers were on I came out the cubicle to show my friend. She really liked them and so did the lady who was manding the changing rooms. I was a little unsure of trousers because I’d recently put on a bit of weight since I overcame an eating disorder. As I was glancing in the mirror from outside the changing rooms another girl who worked there came into the changing rooms looked at me and laughed and then went onto say “I’m so done with this store” she then laughed again. I looked up at her and she was trying to contain her laugh. The other lady Manding the changing room looked quiet embarrassed. I decided to change back into my clothes and I handed the lady the trousers and left in complete embarrassment. Have stuck to online shopping since this incident.
Really nice selection of clothes, even I was getting a little carried away helping the other half pick things out. Unfortunately the staff are not overly enthusiastic but they aren't rude either, so I'd definitely recommend the store.
Some really nice pieces of clothes here, quality and style is very high compared to the rubbish in topshop next door, when you escape the hell of top shop into miss self ridge you'll think you've walked into heaven

The fitting room staff was super rude. I work on customers service and I understand what a busy and stressful day is but there is no excuse to be rude at costumers and laugh on top of it between them!! Not coming back so soon
