They should really offer customer service and answer their phone, been calling Brent Cross store to see if my order is there. Have spent so much money band their cant be bothered to pick up the phone. Now I will have to make an trip to the store.

Hopeless customer service by telephone.  The same goes for all the other White Company Stores except for Covent Gardens, Westfield and Sloane Square.  Only those three stores answered their telephone.  Most of the stores just don't answer their telephone which forces customers to make what might turn out to be an unnecessary journey for an item that no longer exists.  It would be far more customer friendly to have one line open to customer enquiries in store.
