A very helpful branch well worth the money spent in selling and purchasing a property. when I had no clue with the solicitors paper work they helped me along the way and very good communication skills and I will be using there services again for a third time in future use.

Worst experience.. like boo said never call back . Never send details that promise but yeah when u call them up they will take as much information from you as possible wondering why ??? Ask to find me house for rent but never did . What for they charge agency fees ??

worst experience I ever had - wana be smart >>>> stay away of that agency .....they never answer phone....they never call back(not iven when they tell you 6 times that they will) and at the end of the contract they will take everything they can from you(which is more that you will expect); and they always manage to move slower then you would expect - no matter how low is your standard :))) PS: when I wanted to see the property they let that in the job of the ex-tenant >>>>who was an est european or rusian lady ....who spoke no english :))) I can not complain : they were nice people but 100% unable to do their job - their professional lvl was way way way under all the other agencies I ever worked with :((

I let a flat through this your move, and they are very nice, but the lettings guy Sunny was a bit all over the place, gave me wrong information, and wasnt even there for the viewing, left it up to the previous tenant! The manager of the branch is lovely though
