I am pleased with the services provided by Homes 4 You. In searching for new tenants in the difficult months of November / December, Homes 4 You ensures they make time for viewings of my flat to potential tenants. Viewings are made based on tenants' availability, not just on Saturdays. Sunny, Billy and Money are very helpful in the situations I was in. I am happy that Homes 4 You have found me a tenant. In my experience with Homes 4 You - they are professional in their workings, proactive, always willing to help, and provides very good customer service.

UPDATE Personal Experience with Homes 4 You - 23rd February : I find the need to add this update today as I felt very appreciative towards what Homes 4 You has done. Billy received a call from my tenant at about 7pm yesterday. I am very pleased to learn that Billy immediately went to my flat and assisted my tenant with the constrain she faced. When I then contacted Billy's colleague, Sunny at approximately 9.00pm, I am very pleased to receive a reply from Sunny on what happened. I must be honest to say I didn't know if I will receive replies, and I am glad I did ! "Billy, Sunny .. thank you for the help, and thank you for attending to my tenant as quick as you can!"

Letting property through Homes 4 you, very efficient service, was able to rent my property only a few days after purchasing it. Would highly recommend.

After making the decision to relocate out of the Kent region & letting out my current property, I couldn't find a more efficient letting agent than the team at, Homes 4 You. Credit to both Sunny & Billy whom were extremely professional & highly experienced in giving me complete peace of mind. Very highly recommended.
