We highly recommend Land Estates and had an amazing experience with the Land Estates team from start to finish. Lewis and Kim were very professional. Once we instructed Land Estates, photos, and the advertisement were promptly published and within a couple of weeks, Lewis secured us with good tenants for the property. Exceptionally, we felt as though he was looking after a family member. Throughout the process, we were kept informed of the viewings and potential tenants and Lewis has also been very helpful in assisting with some administrative matters of a new build. It is very reassuring to have Land Estate managing our property and we would happily recommend them.
Excellent service all round! They are very professional in the way they handled the service. Very thorough, friendly and quick and their communication with the landlord was without delay. I have dealt with many other estate agents and I can confirm Land Estates are unrivalled if anyone is looking for excellent customer service. Kudos to Lewis and the other team members there.
We chose Land Estates after their agent Lewis visited our home to complete the valuation. He was friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job. He gave an honest valuation as opposed to others who just seemed to be in a hurry to obtain our business. From that point on Donna and her team look after us every step of the way, offering advice and helping to solve problems within the chain. If you are thinking of selling I would highly recommend the team at Land Estates who were a pleasure to work with.
Donna and Lewis are a fantastic team, Lewis with his quiet professionalism, Donna with her tenacity and cheerful support for us. It took a long time to sell our property due to the state of the market, buyers having to pull out etc. but with their help we got there in the end. In a perfect world all Estate Agents would be like Land Estates.
The Land Estate is an amazing agency. I’ m saying that because recently I bought a property and theoretically we weren’t a client but Mr Powell and especially Ms Harris were professional towards us. They we’re replying very fast to our email when questions were raised and always keeping in touch with us and not because of we were buying a flat just because they care, which is very hard to find someone like this which doesn’t know you but trying to help you in getting everything done properly. I can say for sure that, if we ever need an estate agent, we would like to have them as we now know that Ms Harris will go extra mile for their clients and gets the job done.
Land Estates is easily one of the most competent estate agency in London if not the UK. They have competent workforce. Lewis in particular is an excellent human being. He is such a good communicator and a very enlightened fellow. You won't regret dealing with them
We had a fantastic experience with Land Estates and, in particular, Donna. We looked at a number of local estate agents and had undertaken a good deal of independent research of properties sold in our local area and opted for Land Estates as we felt they made the best assessment of our home, had great experience of the market, were friendly, professional, gave good counsel, were easy to work with and they offered great value. It also helped that Donna, and Land Estates more broadly, had come highly recommended by a family member who had used them for a transaction a few years earlier. Our transaction dragged on, through no fault of Land Estates, but Donna was proactive throughout, always available to talk and helped push through the transaction when at times it was lagging elsewhere in the chain. Buying/selling can be a stressful time and having a friendly, reliable partner really helps smooth out the journey to remove as much stress as possible. We’d happily recommend them and we’re very glad we went with them.
I’ve been dealing with this agent for close to a year now and the interpersonal skills the majority of the staff possess are extremely atrocious, non caring and utterly rude. I’ve raised several concerns on many occasions and every time they have been fallen on deaf ears and I have to keep chasing them up. And when I do eventually get to someone, the response is very demeaning and not forthcoming or eager to sort the problem out - as they very clearly point out on their website where they state customer satisfaction is of sever importance to them - in my case an utter lie. Apparently they have also recently received awards for their amazing services but I am still yet to see this in practice. I live in a property that they manage with a young child and they have not seen to issues I’ve raised. Only this Thursday after months of chasing them up, is a smoke & carbon monoxide alarm going to be fitted in the property. So for a year it was not working and no checks were carried out - which is illegal. I would HIGHLY recommend you do not deal with this agent as you will be dissatisfied. I am only remaining in the property as I am a single parent and the current renting climate is extremely difficult so I am trying to secure a suitable home before I move. I cannot wait to leave this agent and deal with a much kinder, professional service. I have been renting for 6 years and never have I come across an atrocious service such as Land Estates. If an option for zero stars was available I would have selected that. But unfortunately I had to tap one star I. Order to post this review. I hope I have saved many innocent, hard working people from getting involved with an agent you will definitely have ongoing problems with.
Donna and her team were incredible! Donna restored my faith in estate agents after having a stressful experience with another company. Donna always knew what was going on within our chain and kept us updated. You can be assured that Land estate Dartford will not give you the waffle and lip service that I had experienced with other estate agents. I highly recommend Donna and her team to all that want an effective and efficient sale or purchase of their property.
This is our second time using Land Estates and we couldn't recommend them more. Donna has been incredible in navigating us through the sale of our flat, especially when it became tricky towards the end with issues in the chain, she was relentless in making sure we were accommodated and went above & beyond to do so, keeping us informed and in the loop the whole time. The entire team are wonderful and we wouldn't have got to the end without them! Thank you so much!
