I was delighted with the tenant find service offered by Livermores, in particular Lisa Harris. She really bothered to get to know me and what I was looking for. She negotiated a mutually agreeable package and before I knew it there were plenty of good quality viewings all undertaken by Livermores. I was kept fully informed at every stage and when I was offered a potential tenant Lisa did some checks to see if it would be a good fit which saved me time and them money. In the end it took less than a week to find a lovely family who I hope will be with me for a while. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use Livermores in future.

Livermores have made my house sale and purchase smooth and stress free. They are understanding and professional. They always try to find a solution to any issues that arise. I would recommend the personal service that they provide.

Stacy Allman who works at Dartford is very friendly and quick at answering emails and any queries we have. Thank you for your continued help whenever we need it!! Highly reccommend!

Livermores provided an excellent service, they were extremely Professional. Especially Lisa Harris whom I approached to help find the tenants, was efficient and able to deliver brilliant result with all 7 flats let out within a fortnight. In fact, she was able to find multiple suitable fully vetted tenants for each flat so we were able to pick the suitable tenant. This was after much hard work with numerous viewings organised one after another within a short period of time!!! Thank you very much for all your help and service.
