I just want to say how amazing the team at Your Move have been helping with the sale of our property. We had a few agents give us a valuation but Jenna just stood out from them all. She was so professional and so helpful. This is the first property we have sold and it can be a very daunting process, but Jenna reassured us and answered any questions and put our minds at rest. I would absolutely recommend her to all of my friends and family.
Selling a house can be a really challenging experience but Jenna at Your Move has made the whole experience feel seamless and filled us with confidence throughout the whole process. We are currently in the process of completing on our property this week. At times this week didn't feel like it would happen, however with huge efforts from Rebecca, George and the team we are here. From the moment we called, the team at Your Move kept us up to date with all matters. Knowing what we wanted and putting our case forward to get the house we wanted - which is the property we have. The advice was always good and we never felt pressured at any point of the process. There was a lot of chasing, due to circumstances beyond the teams control, but they went above and beyond to keep all in the chain in the loop. They went to another level on the day we exchanged to give our family peace of mind, that this would happen this side of Christmas. The empathy and understanding was always there any time we called. I cannot recommend them enough and although I am certainly not in any way looking to move in the future, though if I was I would definitely be using the Your Move Bedworth team! Thank you for everything you have done for us!

We recently completed a house sale and house purchase, both through Your Move Bedworth. We were extremely pleased with the personal service provided by all of the staff. The sale in particular was 'tricky', but George and Rebecca kept us informed regularly and were always available when we had queries. Indeed, they were dealing with a tricky sale and also the vendors of the house we were buying were applying pressure - yet they dealt with all issues efficiently. If Carlsberg made estate agents then the Your Move Bedworth branch would be the brew they fermented. Thank you.
we went to see a house and we liked it. after talking to them that we like the house and want to rented , we waited for an email to see what they need to rented the house, instead we received an email in which the owner does not want children. before that I called because I saw that the price of the house had dropped ,they didn't even have the good sense to call us, they sent us an email . I us to call them many times in 3 w I don’t recommend u .
Our experience with YourMove has been the WORST ever. Due to issues with the previous tenants at our house the agency gave us the house a whole week after the agreed move-in date. They never responded to any calls or emails we sent across. Right before we were supposed to receive our keys they sent a very upsetting email about how we would have to accept the house in whatever condition it was given to us and it would be our responsibility. Then they totally disappeared and handed the keys to us on the very last day of our apartment’s letting contract. This made the move extremely tight and stressful for us. What’s even worse is they did not give us the correct set of main door key and refused to come over to the house and I had to go back again to the estate agents office to get the correct set of keys leaving my packers and movers van waiting. They also didn’t provide the fuse box key or inform us that our house was on pre-paid electricity which ended up with us having our power cut off in middle of the day. We have no idea how they will deal with any further problems we might have during our stay. This entire ordeal was extremely emotionally taxing and stressful for us and I would never recommend them to anyone. Highly unprofessional and absolutely abysmal service!

DO NOT USE. If I could give zero stars I would. Or infact minus points. Awful experience. They entered us into a chain for their own benefit ended up selling the property of our buyers so got 2 sets of fees. Didn't bother to notify us. Poor communication throughout. They barely did any viewings. The agent that came had to step in to do them at last minute and was clearly out of her depth. She arrived late and had never seen the house. They ignored another prospective buyer who ended up knocking on the door saying he was interested - scary to think there could have been many others. Raised a complaint and only got some weak apologies and excuses made that there had been a high turnover of staff lately. After chasing the regional director George we finally started to make some progress only because we had to ring them multiple times to get qsns answered. DO NOT USE!
