Charley called me about an exciting property but withheld vital information during the viewing and led me to spend a lot of money before the problems were uncovered. Had I known this info I would never have even viewed the property. When I complained The deputy manager Sam refused to admit any wrongdoing and stonewalled me. Only after 2 rounds of complaints with head office and threatening to get the property ombudsman involved did they admit their lies and deceit and paid all costs that I had incurred, which was close to £1000. Buying a property is scary enough. I don’t need rougue traders taking advantage of me.

Bairstow eves sold my house for me from day 1 till finish they was brilliant not 1 problem Sam and charley didwonders to get it sold thank u very much
