These guys have been brilliant from start to finish. We've sold two properties with them in the last year and they've made the process really easy, especially with our buy to let property when we had a couple of sales fall through- they took it all in their stride. Karis, Sarah and the rest of the team were brilliant during the sale of our house, very communicative and friendly. We were very unlucky as we had 2 purchases fall through on us but they were very helpful finding plenty of properties for us when we were back on the search. Excellent and personable service as well as being upfront about fees with no hidden extra costs.
