“Without Prejudice”

If you are considering a rental property from this agency be aware communication skills need improving and management is very poor, repairs are never done once reported. Director never replies to complaints.

Amazing experience. Very professional and extremely helpful staff. I don't believe we would have gotten our home without Liz Bromage. Landlord is also very professional and helpful. Would recommend.

Never available to view houses. Poorly trained staff in customer service e.g. taking phone numbers to keep them informed. Do not return calls. Wait two days to contact you from rightmove enquiries and sometimes don't contact at all.
