Rhys and Sarah were nothing short of fantastic throughout our entire selling/purchasing process. From beginning to end they were there for us through every twist, turn and hurdle! We had a myriad of problems nothing to do with Reeds Rains during our process and they did everything in their power to get us over the line. It felt as though they were genuinely invested in helping us get our old property sold and new property bought. The communication was second to none - clear, concise and honest so we always knew where we were at. Rhys' professionalism is wonderful and Sarah's legal knowledge was invaluable throughout. We were unfortunate in that my first buyer pulled out, but Reeds were quick to get it back on the market, viewings booked in and resold within a week - amazing! Due to this, towards the end of our sale/purchase we were on a critical time limit as our mortgage was due to expire. Reeds Rains did everything they could to help us get it over the line before we lost out on our original mortgage offer inevitably savings us £1000s! I am blown away by the personable experience we received. Thank you so much!!!!!
From the time Phill came to give us a valuation until the sale was completed, Sarah and the team at Reeds Rains were superb. Due to a major land registry problem, the sale of our house took much longer than normal and we had several other technical issues to contend over the 8 month period. The advice and support from Sarah and the team was invaluable during this period for which we can't thank them enough. We would highly recommend Reeds Rains as they offered us that little bit of extra advice on several occasions when we really needed it. Thanks you all.
Dealt with Rhys Goodwin, for negotiations and eventual purchase of a property, through their Bedworth office. Rhys showed an ability to comprehend and express for both parties their clear views and acted in a most professional manner throughout. Contact was well managed and there was no delay in responding to issues that were raised between the parties involved. Admittedly our chain was limited to just the vendor and ourselves but we are very pleased with every aspect of the process that saw us buy the home we wanted from a vendor who has been a delight to deal with.

What excellent service From Reeds Rains, right from the start Andrew took the time to explain everything, then onto Rhys, Sarah, karis all was there to help and assist with whatever I needed, and kept me informed throughout. What an amazing team. The fees may be a little higher than other place but this is well worth every penny as their customer service and customer experience is second to none . Thank you Reeds Rains team .

I have recently worked with Reeds Rains Bedworth in letting a house. I was supported by Sarah, who has been fantastic. She is kind, reactive and has helped me with every detail of my move. Couldn’t be more grateful for helping me to settle into my new home.
All the staff Reece, Karis and Sarah were amazing during our house move. From the moment our house went on the market right up to completion they work extremely hard. They were courteous in showing potential buyers around. They were constantly updating us and chasing up and down the chain once we had sold. . Their hard work was particularly evident as another estate agent in the chain "does not do chasing of Solicitors" and this made it very difficult for us to find out what was happening. Despite this the team at Reeds would contact all the Solicitors and other ahents to get updates. The team were amazing, I can't recommend them enough. We have previously used Reeds Rains and had the same service then. If we ever sell again Reeds Rains would be the only agents we would use.
We have had two property viewings with Rhys, and I can honestly say he is a lovely young man. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and was able to answer any questions we had about both properties with confidence. We look forward to having more viewings with Rhys.... hopefully, he can find us our dream home.
Moved into property early February. Sarah & Karis were amazing, whole process was completed in 3 weeks, really supportive pair and really happy to be under Reeds Rains as our letting agent. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and 110% from Sarah and karis!!
