I have done a current account transfer and opened ISAs here and it couldn't have gone better for me. As for the remarks regarding the attitude of the staff the only unpleasantness I have witnessed has been from the customers who appear to think that they can have what they want regardless of banking rules. Unfortunately the staff seem to have deal with a lot of people who just don't get it.

The most miserable and unfriendly bank staff I've ever come across. They barely look you in the face when dealing with you. The quicker this bank goes out of business the better.

A very unprofessional bank to deal with. When paying bill or transaction the bank is not willing to provide an official receipt or stamp. A hand written note is their only proof provided to the customers. A written note could be written by anyone. Will change to another bank. British one of most unofficial bank.  Stay clear..
