I had a mortgage advisor appointment in which the advisor who spoke to me had to be told to calm down and he was getting very frustrated. We aren’t all mortgage experts so we don’t know everything which he expected. It sounded like an Asian chap who was acting like he doesn’t want to be on the call any longer and had better things to do. Ashamed of this service given and if it wasn’t for me overheating my moms conversation with the gentlemen I wouldn’t have stepped in to tell him to change his tone.
They should close the branch too as others because ladies working there don’t care just gossip with each other went there to set up my Mobile banking app ask for ID and show her my passport lady says I need driving license staff don’t care as in result going to close my bank account even I don’t use my Lloyds card only went cause I was waiting for my other bank card

Pleasant staff and polite and helpful. Nice and clean. Not really any parking unless you can get a spot outside on the road.
They close at 4.30! Cause 9-5 is not bad enough! What s the point of having a branch if it works less than I do. And it s not open on Sunday! So I have to wait to my new t day off... I 5days.
11/10/2016 New application online account 13/10/2016 visit to the bank and copies the necessary documents After 14 days no messages. The call to the bank where we me told that I did not add documents ?? Where are my photocopied documents which officials copied ???? Very bad!!!!

The staff was so nice as always and i just wanted to say thank you ^^
Had enjoyable visit.
