Barclays Bank Stink! Steer clear if you want hassle free banking; there are plenty of other banks out there, so why not vote with your feet and go elsewhere? I certainly have! I've had numerous issues, all centred around the recurrent problem of awful customer service. A lack of customer care seems to be Barclays strap line...spend less on your adverts guys and get some decent staff. Closed both Personal and Business bank accounts and will never return. Take my advice and go elsewhere.
