My items I pawned got melted downs literally 1 day after I missed payment due to being in hospital.. Obviously as it very expensive item it was convenient so they sent everything to mealth Same time I saw in thay reviews before that even missed payment there is still options.. in my case there wasn't as my item was high value...and they could of even lied who knows.. Think twice before use them.. as there is companies that offer options after missed payment.. called cooling off period Or give you notice of resale or mealting down this case when hight value item being pawned.  But non of that here

Such helpful, genuine and friendly people. I had seen an item in the window at the Dudley branch, but wanted to buy it as a surprise gift, so couldn't buy it that particular day. I only thought about it a couple of weeks later, so decided to contact Rounds via their Facebook message service. My message was vague, as I could only make a rough description of what I wanted, and wasn't even sure if it would still be in stock. Even so, I received an instant, friendly reply. I was told that as soon as the shop reopened on the Monday morning, they would take some photos and send them to me, of anything that seemed to fit my description. As promised, I was sent a photo of exactly what I wanted. I was unable to pick up the item until Wednesday after work, but the item was kindly reserved for me, and I was even told that they would keep the shop open for a little longer than the official opening hours, in case I hit traffic on the way, etc. I got there, and it was a perfect and easy transaction. In a world where everything is becoming so impersonal, I was really made to feel special, nothing to was too much trouble for them. I was treated like I was someone known to them, not just a member of the public. I really will recommend to any of you who are interested in anything to do with Rounds. Thank you SO much. I have dealt with this company for a number of years now and bought a number of laptops from them, and sold them a few things too, and always get a good deal. They sell some very nice and interesting things. All the staff and the boss Gary are great to deal with.

Great little family ran store, lay away and buy backs available and usually a fair price both buying and selling. Much better and fairer than the bigger chain stores. No cash loans but they will lend on pretty much anything they think they can sell on...

Amazing quirky little shop in the heart of Dudley. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would encourage everybody to sell their unwanted items here and have a look around at the wonderful items they have for sale.

Brought some coins charged me £60 for one coin rang up an auction and only worth £8 rip off

The staff in rounds are amazing they couldn't go more out of their way to help you. Prices are great and a good selection of products too
