Absolutely the best! Everything you could hope for in a B&B. Great hosts, fabulous breakfast, spotless and comfortable room with a beautiful view of the hills behind Borth, just across the road from the beautiful beach. Would go back there anytime and recommend to everyone! Note: They do not accept credit card payment.Rooms: 5/5
Lovely small bed & breakfast, right on the sea front. Beautiful views from all windows, the sea at the front, & mountains at the back. Outstanding breakfast. Beautiful location on Ceredigion Bay, Wales. Train service direct from Birmingham, England, also to Aberystwyth. Bus service up & down the coast. Run by very friendly people. Single rooms. I have been coming here for years.
We stayed one night but wished it was more . Our room was amazing with a Sea view . Breakfast was great . Nothing was too much trouble . Will definitely stay again and can highly recommend staying here .Rooms: 5/5
Most probably one b/b that can genuinely be rated in the top 10 in the UK. The rooms are immaculate with all the facilities you could want,, including a walk in shower a large modern bath with great decor.. Breakfast has just about everything you could want It really was perfect. He more thing that impressed me was that if you wished to take a meal back to the b/b plates and cutlery could be provided I will be back that's for certain. Thank you York House for a fantastic experience.

Wonderful friendly homely guesthouse. Nothing is too much for the lovely owners Phil and Rona. Extensive breakfast choice. Lovely clean accommodation
It is on the beach front an such a pretty little place. The owners are so kind and very informative if you need a hand finding anywhere to eat or go for the day. Highly recommended.
Lovely place to stay. Rhona and Phil are wonderful hosts. Beautiful views of the sea too.
York House has amazing owners. Everything about our 3night stay was absolutely fantastic. Our room was beautiful.
