Great hotel for the Chatham dockyard. Really friendly and helpful staff. When we arrived to our premier plus room we noticed the room felt very warm. The air conditioning wasn’t working and the fan provided didn’t throw out much cool air. We went down to reception and asked to change room. Luckily they had another premier plus room available Pictured Once we were in our new room it was much better. Really clean and lovely powerful shower. Air con in this room worked well, slightly noisy but as you cannot open the windows for fresh air, it is needed.
Strange not being greeted by a human receptionist but by a machine that gave you a card , breakfast staff were extremely helpful tho. Quality of bedding towels was good. Couldn't open window a big negative for us . Overall I would use this hotel again maybe ask for a room that you could open windows .
A really super stay in a well appointed and beautifully clean hotel. Ideally placed for my needs with good facilities on site and other amenities nearby. The team were friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable and help me with transport for my appointments. Walkability: 10 minutes to the train station.
Cannot fault this hotel for a business visit and the team were fantastic from arrival after a long day of travel and work. The duty manager who's name eludes me, was amongst the best I've met at any venue. Thanks for the key and helping me avoid a parking fine.Rooms: 5/5
Good location for train to London 20-min walk friendly staff, especially at breakfast, which was nice too and good choices. Just couple of things that let it down... Couldn't get a beer after midnight usually premiers with in-house bars serve til late and sometimes 24hrs and the bathroom was old... Some mould on the skirting and cracked tile in the shower. Clean and ok for a night.
One of the managers - Emma, absolutely superb! She is so helpful, so lovely she makes the stay 10x better. I have honestly never had customer service like it! Big thank you to her Rooms: 4/5
Spent Christmas eve here with my famliy check in was quick Lisa and Liam night staff couldn't do enough for us sat in bar seeing in Christmas morning went up to our rooms on 4th floor i had a beautiful plus room Great bath as requested Perfect famliy breakfast Emma duty manager was bubbly and friendly All in all a great stay
Try and stay in the upgrade rooms fourth floor.. the breakfast chef cooks a fantastic breakfast and the location is good. Relaxed friendly staffLocation: 5/5
The plus rooms are well worth the money you get better shower, bigger bed, better work area coffee machine.Rooms: 5/5
We stayed here on a visit to area, and to be honest it was one of the better premier inns we have been to. Service was friendly, breakfast was good, room was comfortable. The family room set up was a bit of a squeeze, we have 100% had family rooms bigger - although the kids enjoyed the fact that all the beds were next to each other! I can't grumble too much, it wasn't overly expensive...! To note, the hotel is located next to lots of apartment and university accomodation buildings - there is loads of various parking restrictions, so make sure you park in the Premier Inn part and not the other bit just outside it is a little confusing when you first turn left into the area. Also make sure you register your number plate in their system! It was a good stay and would certainly consider this hotel again if coming back to the area.
