Staying here ATM because of council only till Monday Eric is so understanding n friendly aunty is so helpful (don't know her name she's floor manager) but I recommended to anyone who wants a lovely peacefully place to stay in 1 downfull I have sleep problems n the busy road I'm facing has me up but I'm sure if I had a back room it would be a peaceful nights sleep thank u eric. And team u guys are great

We got given a room here with the council we are very happy with how clean the room was and also the toilet and shower the beds are comfortable too. we have a 5 year old son he is happy. have a tv in the rooms fridge enough storage for a longer stay are happy for you to use kitchen facilities as long as you clean and tidy up after yourselves which is just respect to do so anyways would recommend this to anyone. Staff are friendly and very welcoming.

dindnt like to much. Been in better for 27.50 with a b'fast. Manager was very helpful but he was rude. It was or might of been, that is was just one of those days.

Pleasantly surprised, the room was clean and so were the communal areas, a couple of people were a nuisance and smoking weed but it was not tolerated and the manager had them removed. Staff were friendly and helpful and the Wi-Fi connection was a life saver for my teenagers. I'd definitely stay again.

Guests smoke cigarettes and weed in rooms despite no smoking allowed. No Wifi on top floor rooms. Old rooms in need of dyer updating. Located next to a very noisy, polluted, busy road so expect an uncomfortable nights sleep. Rooms not guaranteed to be cleaned each day with no explanation. On-suite not in all rooms so check first. No heating allowed despite cold evenings. The general manager living on site, Billy, is rude, grumpy, foul-mouthed, irritable and short tempered. Billy does not know how to host or professionally treat paying guests. Billy lacks the training, composure, charm, courtesy, hospitality, and friendliness to keep guests happy and respected. The guest house is generally kept clean, basic standard breakfast (no milk one morning), and located next to a co-op. Would not return as not value for money. Short stay of 1 to 2 nights advised if you are very very desperate. Otherwise use air b&b.
