Average prices and usually on time although on one occasion was over half an hour late and I had prebooked. At peak times it can be hard to get a taxi as they don't have many cars.

Absolutely shocking, requested payment upfront and then refused to drop the male passenger home! Tried to start a fight with male passenger until female passenger who had been dropped off realised and ran out!! Dangerous people, do not get in a taxi with these people!!!!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could ! 1st rude on the phone when calling! Then 15 mins late so call them and they deny I booked. Then turns up and drives off before my flat mate can get to the car! Disgusting service when someone needs to get to the hospital! Driver needs sacking!

JNC Travel provided us with very professional service with polite, well spoken drivers and high quality and spotless vehicles. Heathrow airport transfers were smooth as were local day trips around Somerset and Dorset. The rates were very competitive. Communications with JNC, via phone or email, were always prompt and clear. I highly recommend this business.
