Now I normally do not have time to write reviews for services/ companies unless they have impeccable customer service and I have had a wonderful and excellent experience with them, which is rare. I needed to book a taxi as I had to get to an important appointment, and normally I do not rely on cabs as with the past experiences I’ve had, they were never punctual, and for other reasons also, however this time I was desperate, so I decided to call A2Z taxis after a good friend had recommended this service to me. when I called, the man answered immediately and he was very friendly but also professional, and was not difficult but easy to talk to. He arrived 5 minutes before the given time I had given him to come and pick me up and inside the taxi it was very clean and tidy which I was impressed with, the guy was really sociable and a nice person and he even made me feel less nervous for my appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment at the destination which I was very happy with. Overall I think that this is a very superb service and I certainly recommend to all and will definitely be calling A2Z taxis again!!

I'm not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after I received such a brilliant service from A2z Taxis. I've had some terrible experiences with taxi drivers in the past so I was particularly impressed with A2z. The driver was very polite and friendly. The taxi was clean and smelt fresh which is always a plus point! As a mum it is crucial that I can rely on a taxi service where I feel safe and comfortable. I can't fault the service and I will definitely be using A2z Taxi service again. I highly recommend! Thank you!

Excellent service, was picked up and dropped off to my destination in time! I will definitely be using A2Z taxis again! Premium service at very affordable prices!

Having done a quick Google search for taxi services in Yeovil I booked a taxi with A2Z with limited time to get me on a train booked at Bristol station. The taxi arrived on time, the driver was very friendly and professional! I will most definitely be using A2Z taxis again! Thank you for the great service!
