I use these regularly, prices are better than most and they have always been on time. Most popular company in Yeovil and they have a lot of cars, only time I have had a problem getting one is at school picking up time as they do a lot of school runs. My only complaint would be that most of the drivers are Polish which I don't mind but some speak and understand English very little which can be a problem if you have to give them directions.

like many cabs around Yeovil this service charges a silly amount for a short distances, booked a cab and they consistently ask for information off you which isn’t required I.e email address and persistent to say we can’t book you a taxi without a card! (What if you just have cash?) I called to cancel yet they still charged me. I feel like they rip off anyone coming from the air base because they know they get paid well! All around awful... don’t bother with them

They are great when you can book, really friendly drivers. The problem is trying to book............ In the morning or afternoon they tell you when they can pick you up, not when you would like to be picked up, I tried booking 8 hours in advance only to be told, 'sorry can't do that but we can do...........'

Booked taxi to meet me at train station . The taxi was there waiting for us. The driver took our shopping bags for us. He was very well turned out and polite. Faultless service.

Quite a conflicting experience with Radio taxis! I ordered a taxi to meet me at the train station on Sunday night and the actual booking was very nice and easy and I got a text a few minutes before I said I would arrive to say the taxi had arrived, which was great. My train became delayed by 6 minutes. I tried to phone to let them know but there was no signal and I couldn't get through but I thought well it's only 6 minutes and as it's a train station it would be fairly obvious to the taxi driver what had happened. However, when I got to the train station at Yeovil there was no taxi waiting for me!!! I phoned them and they said that as I was late and they were busy the taxi driver had left. They had tried to call me but couldn't get through (which fit as I had tried to call them and couldn't get through). On the positive side, they did immediately send for another taxi for me which arrived about 10 minutes later and I did like how they told you the price straight away and the price was actually very reasonable. On the negative side, it's quite unreasonable to leave without your passenger after less than 5 minutes at a train station where it was blindingly obvious what will have happened!
