Ordered taxi and witnessed them picking up someone right in front of us without checking who the customer was. Waited for said taxi for half an hour, thoroughly disappointed. I think it is disgusting that we then had to wait another half an hour for a more reputable company to turn up. Would not recommend.

Badly let down by these, booked a cab well in advance got texts including one saying car has been dispatched then on the time they should have been picking us up called to say that they shouldn't have taken the booking. What a bunch of amateurs!

We were let down by radio cabs so called this firm at half eleven at night on a bank holiday. Coleen answered and said she will be with us in five mins (arrived in less than that) AMAZING SERVICE ALL ROUND!! Will now continue to use! Thank you!
