A very disappointing dining experience. If it had not been a friends birthday celebration, I would have raised several issues with the manager on the night. As soon as we sat down at 5.30pm, the waiter informed us that another party were booked at 7.30pm, which immediately made us feel time constrained. However, as we were just having mains and a pudding,that allowed us two hours. The food arrived after 45 mins and was poor, the special burger was over cooked, soggy piece of salad in an average bun, the only item presentable was the chips. The other meals presented were very basic and more like a transport cafe presentation. We ordered mini puddings for desert at 7.05pm, coffee arrived at 7.15pm and we were informed that the other party had arrived and were waiting in the bar area! 5mins later a poor excuse for chocolate brownies arrived. It appeared they must have been defrosted and microwaved as the were dry lumps cake in chocolate. We did finish at 7.30pm! And you can be assured that we will not be requiring a table at your pub again! To ensure these remakes are taken notice of, I shall make a similar report to the franchise ownership.

Went for Mother's day, and they have a proper vegan menu and good selection of veggie food as well as the traditional menu. Nice atmosphere. Nice food although the vegan choice of coconut curry was a little underwhelming.

Excellent variety on the menu. Very comfortable surroundings. Delicious Sav Blanc. Warm welcome. Will return for sure.

Great waiter (chris) I think. Food so so. If your expecting top notch then this isn't it....Basic. If you order the burger with bacon standby for a large slice a pancetta. Onion rings very soft. Please try slicing the onions and soaking in milk for an hour then half cornflour to plain flour(seasoned) some paprika coat and fry..... BOOM
