The operation of serving lots of customers was silky smooth. The food we had was good. The attention of waitresses was excellent. I am not a regular here so these comments are from one experience, however as said it was really very good.

Been to this place for years, for parties, birthdays, casual dining, wakes, etc they have a great chef and the food is impeccable and the hosts are very welcoming and attentive, all in a setting overlooking the grand Whittington castle and moat.  Would highly recommend.

Had a Sunday lunch recently. Service was good. The roast was nice but a bit on the small size. The deserts were not very exciting though.
