Refried chips which are ok if piping got but these not. Likewise I appreciate that you don't always get fresh kebab meat but if it out of a pot it should be warm and not rubbery. If I'm asked 3 separate times if I want salt & vinegar on my chips then I should get it but alas not. Disappointing.

I regularly go and have a sit in meal at salop fish bar and have always thoroughly enjoyed the food and good service however on the 3rd of July I went in expecting to have the same enjoyable meal when I was faced with a woman who was cooking that I have never seen working there before, I ordered my food and sat down to wait. I had asked for fresh fish to be cooked and was almost given fish that was already prepared but worse than that when I asked for peas and gravy separately in a pot as we have always been served like that before the woman cook slammed down the plates on the side and got really angry swearing at me I would not have minded so much but I don't appreciate swearing in front of my daughter when I explained I wanted my money back the woman had a terrible attitude. The other member of staff claims she did not hear the woman swearing but my daughter and I certainly did. I am thoroughly appealed someone can employ a woman like her well you can't call her a woman with a vulgar mouth like that women don't act like that. Very disgusted and won't be returning also I will advise anyone I know not to visit again you have lost a lot of custom tonight.
