Placed an order and after ringing up 1hr 30mins later they decided to say they are about to cook it, because the driver had to out on other deliveries. The person on the phone didn't even apologise.

The minimum order was £12 now it £18 , the most ironic part was that the quality of the food was way better when the value of money was £12 now it just tasteless. Lastly the amount of food you get ain't good value for the money i.e their "shredded beef with Cantonese sauce" size is ridiculous.
