Ordered online at 7pm, Food arrives at 7.40, with one pizza missing. We ring, and they tell us they will make another and have to us by 8.30. 8.45 I'm ringing again. They don't know what happened, so they'll make another and get it to us ASAP. At 9.30 I'm ringing again only to be told the pizza had been made but they didn't know what it was for so they binned it. I was put on hold which eventually get hung up. I ring again, and it gets hung up. I ring with a different phone, ask to speak to the manager, who conveniently wasn't there and explain how angry I am (Calmly) at being hung up on, only for them to hang up for a 3rd time. Disgusting service. I rang the Pizza Hut customer service helpline to get a refund and complain about the behavior. The refund has to be approved by this Hut so I'm not holding my breath. Never Ever ordering Pizza hut again.

Absolutely disgusted. I ordered a family meal for myself husband an 2 young children at 6:50 online. By 8:15 I rang 14 times with no answer my husband managed to speak to someone at 8:50. Which we were then told they had run out of stock so couldn't do our order. They had my mobile number from the start so why didn't you contact me. Will never order from her again. I will also be telling all my family an friends. Disgusted

Ordered a large pizza and an ice cream, took over an hour to deliver my pizza cold and stale with no ice cream. The driver said he would bring the ice cream and ended up delivering the wrong one. After phoning and being promised the right ice cream to be delivered I waited 30 more minutes before phoning and receiving a ear full of abuse. Not a happy customer!

Under new managment reopen better deals on collection and faster service on collection than delivery drivers work hard to try there best but when busy they do struggle but worth the wait i prefer collection as it dose take less time delivery allways busy staff allways busy and polite instore but very helpfull if theres somthing wrong thell try there best to offer soultion
