Delicious food, prompt service and fairly priced. This is a great venue for a lunch time takeout. This is currently my favourite noodle based takeout in Swansea. Most of the negative comments appear to stem from their delivery service, which I have not used.
Nice food but shocking service. I've been kept waiting before, but today was something else. I went in, ordered my food, waited 20 minutes, got told there was 'a delay', waited 25 minutes more, and then finally I asked where the hell my food was. The guy looked about and told me it must have been 'lost in the flow'. Nice one! I got a refund and left. Meanwhile, others had been kept waiting or received incorrect orders and deliveries were cancelled via telephone. Avoid unless you're feeling lucky.
Waited ages. Ordered no veg or egg. It came with egg and had to go back out to receive order then it was cooked poorly no flavour and barely and apology at all. Never going back and I was a regular eating here at least 3 times a week and they have messed up my order multiple time's and they're customer service is awful. Never got g back. Lost a customer
Absolutely ridiculous. We ordered food at 12:45 and the delivery time was estimated to be an hour. At 2:15 we called the restaurant to chase up the order. Staff were extremely rude and said it wasn't their fault that they'd been busy sorry but we only ordered spring rolls they take 15minutes mate and that the driver was on his way and had left the restaurant 15 minutes earlier. Called again at 2:50 to complain and was told the driver had already dropped off the food to our buildings reception which our building doesn't have the driver was then put on the phone was extremely condescending and rude and informed us he'd left our food on the floor OUTSIDE our building according to him this was our delivery instructions which is a complete and utter lie. They used the wrong number to call so until this point we had no clue. The food was cold as it had been left outside and was greasy and tasted chemically and horrible. Will never order from here again and will tell others never to either. In a nutshell horrible rude staff, condescending idiotic drivers and greasy grim food.
Absoutely disgusting service. Ordered through JustEat at 12:45 and said to be delived in an hour. At 2 phoned them and asked where it was, they said that the driver had left, by 2:30 still no food called again and had the same response of the driver had just left. By 2:50 called again and was met by a condescending and disgusting delivery driver who informed us that the food was left out side our block of apartments as per our orders which was a lie for anyone to take so when i got down there the food was completely freezing as it had been left out there for so long. I will never order from this place again. What makes it all worse is that all of this was over 3 boxes of springs rolls!
First time I have tried this place and it's absolutely disgusting. Way to much salt and soy sauce . My noodle box was full half way up with soy sauce . Non of the ingredients tasted fresh and it was all nuke warm out of the wok and in the vox. Stick to your local Chinese atleast you know its being cooked by a trained chef .
Great lunch deal for 3.90. A variety of sauces to choose from and meals are cooked on the spot. The extra hot is actually spicy for all the spice lovers out there.
Food is amazing but what a joke, my last order a couple of weeks ago took just over 2 hours turned up about 0:15am I had gone to bed by then Just ordered again online and they have phoned saying they've refunded me because the staff have gone out on a Christmas doo and can't deliver why didn't you put this on your web site now I have to wait 3 days for my money back Update 18/8/2018 This place is still a joke. Same s h I t different day. By the time food arrived had already phoned twice, cooked for the kids and sent them to bed. Turned food away and never going to bother again, they know they need more delivery staff on Saturday but obviously don't want to they just want to fill there pockets. Pure Greed by the owners
Amazing noodles!! This has to be the best noodle bar ever. I used the new website as i was giving a discount so i though i would give it a try. I was not disaapointed the main noodles box with chicken and curry sauce was the best i ever had. I also had chilli pepper chips and chicken satay great flavour and tasted fresh unlike alot of the chinese restuarants that i have tried. I cant recommend this place enough!! Try it it will not be disappointed.
Waited 1 hour 50 minutes for delivery on a weekday lunchtime, when chicken Katsu finally arrived it was awful I couldn't even eat it, a thin, tough bit of over cooked reconstituted chicken fillet on a pile of rice with a tub of watery curry gravy. I will not order again.
