Ordered Breakfast from here - was given a delivery window of 30-45 mins, turned up an hour and a half later - toast was stone cold, chips were soggy and cold, and bacon/sausage/egg were luke warm AT BEST. Warmest thing on the breakfast were the beans and you get bout 10 of them in a pot if you're lucky. In future just do the trip to the diner in Uplands... you won't be disappointed.
just picked a beef dinner up paid £6.50 I had one roast potato two boiled potatoes bit of beef and small amount of veg and one Yorkshire pudding absaloute ridiculous dinner for the price. will not be using again.
Got the order wrong. Then told us they have run out of what we ordered and already paid for so we waited longer for the substitute food, after it comes again we leave the shop and find that we are still missing items and had to walk straight back in to the store to tell them How do you forget to put BEANS and MUSHROOMS on a Breakfast Baguette. Complete waste of our time to go there. Staff are rude and even though there were over 10 staff fumbling over each other in the small store they couldn't communicate with each other as they all questioned each other about the missing items instead of dealing with us directly. Only one staff member took it upon himself to deal with us. The rest were utter useless.
Delivery place, running a limited version of the Uplands Diner menu. Always arrives hot and well cooked, and they do takeaway roast dinners and fry-ups!
Ordered a breakfast from here today OMG it was amazing one of the best breakfast I've had! Service was brilliant too
