Waited over an hour for food, told it was ready it would be 15-20 minutes, rang after 30minutes and it still hadn't left, offered free pompadoms for the 2 hours for food and had to ring just eat to cancel the order

Ordered from these a few times but my experience with them last night 25/11/17 was terrible. Not only was my food one and a half hours late i phoned up asking for a discount for the food being so late and the cheeky, ignorant most unpolite people told me no so I said I'll refuse it if it comes to the door and they would rather have binned the food rather than have given me a discount. And that's exactly what they did. They even put the phone down on me because they didn't like me complaining. I will never order from there again and now will be looking for a new chinese takeaway. Disgusting service.

Loved the food and the delivery was really fast and the staff there were amazing and wonderful. I would really recommend it
