Absolutely shocking, ordered two chicken shish kebabs, with two pots of garlic sauce and a pot of bbq sauce with 4 extra chicken wings, i made the order at 12:58am in the early hours of friday morning and i phoned the shop every half hour and he kept turning around saying that the food left the shop ages ago and he cant do anything, absolutely stinking attitude, will never be ordering from there again, what a waste of money, would not recommend  to anyone, they took 1 1/2 hours to get here and when we phoned to find out how long our delivery was going to be, all he could say was “he will be 5 minutes, he said this with 10 minute intervals, absolutely pathetic, made any excuse up just to get you off of the phone, they also rejected alot of our phone calls because of how likg they were taking! Never wastig my money there again

Awful; terrible customer service. Ordered through Hungry House and just happened to not give the right phone number- although they had a valid email address through which they could have contacted us- they arrived 40 minutes before the delivery time given, left within 6 minutes of arriving and when questioned on this refused to offer a refund and said that if we wanted to receive our £15 worth of food then we had to pay the delivery charge again after berating us like children. Will be reporting to Trading Standards.

Take order at the end of the night.... wait 1.5 hours... don't show up. Too late to call anyone else to deliver. WASTE OF TIME!

5 chicken wings (or should i be happy he made a point of telling me there were 6 in the box)..., i actually tasted 1  and it was f**n dusgusting..... the  other 5  will be taken to Swansea. Environmental health on monday morning..... who ever rates this place more than a 1 are liars!... and I'm a Scot working down here, not even a local
Place should be closed down, luckily they can fry fries.
Places like this should not be catering to the public and i grudge the 1 star! 
Chips... thankfully tasted good
