Very poor customer service. Was told one of the two pairs of shoes I ordered for my holiday and was charged, for were out of stock a day after I ordered them. I was also told 2 days later that the second pair I ordered had not been posted even though these were still in stock. After deciding not to go a size up on the first pair, (following their advice) I asked if I could just be refunded for them and sent out the second pair I had ordered at the same time. I also asked if this second pair could be sent next day delivery so I could get them in time (by this time i had been waiting 5 days) to find out that not only could they not do this, they could not send the second pair out to me at all as they were 'moving warehouses' and I would be refunded the money for both pairs so that I could rebuy them. Decided not to rebuy as I didn't see why I should have to pay the cost of next day delivery in order to receive them in time for my holiday when I had been delayed through poor order management by Koi. Will not be using Koi again and would not recommend.

bought during one of their offers and got a good bargain on some boots and they arrived few days later couldn't be more pleased

these boots really caught my eye and had to get them, when arrived they looked and fitted so great they are now def my fave pair

I followed this account on insta after seeing their shoes around and just had to get some, got the faster delivery option so they were here before the weekend and they were! Fab boots as well!

Really cool shoes, never seen them anywhere else and caught my attention so had to buy them, arrived in less then a week and looked better in person, thanks Koi!
