Always tidy and well kept. More stock than offered on website so always worth a visit to the store. Rewards system. For every £10 spent you get a stamp on a card. Once you've filled the card you get £5 off your purchase. Good prices and always cheaper than competitors.

Opening hours on Google are correct for a Saturday. Friendly helpful staff. Left me to get on looking by myself and when I approached them, then came to assist. In my opinion the best way for customer service. Prices are as you'd expect for Wynsors - if you're wanting cheap to decent footwear and prices to match, as is the quality. Plenty of good offers mind but you also get what you pay for. If you get the cheapest you'll pay twice. Some prices are higher then you'd expect as well, a few almost seem out of place for a budget shoe shop . Sizes are all mixed together. Shoes organised by style/brand instead. Not as many places to sit and try the footwear on as there used to be. Which is surprising for a place which concentrates on selling footwear. Over all a positive experience.

Excellent customer service, cheap but quality footwear. Opposite tramp stop and tesco. Has parking.
I always shop from this store because my kids love this place too.

A large selection of men's, women's and children's shoes and boots at reasonable prices. Small customer car park is available and the Infirmary Road tram stop is literally just out the door.

The young man who finally served us was very helpful and polite BUT that was after we had been hanging around for about 20 minutes waiting to be served. The saleswoman totally ignored us and went straight to another couple who had just walked in the shop. I thought she was very ignorant. We were just about to walk out of the shop when the young salesman came to help us. Also when we went in the shop we asked where the Skechers sandals were and we were told they hadn't got any in but we're expecting a delivery soon. We went to look at other Skechers and right there were the ones they told us they didn't have!!!  Reluctant to go there again, especially if that saleswoman is on the shop floor.
