They have a great vatriety of shoes. Most of the time they dont have the size I want. Terrible customer instore and online! I went in store to return a pair of ballet flats. I told the sales assistant that I only wore them for 40 mins and they gave me a lot of pain and were uncomfortable but she would not agree with me and said I cannot get a refund or exchange. So i decided to go on deicmanns facebook page online and they said it's been worn so they can't do anything!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great range of shoes, some fantastic Adidas and Nike trainers. Really well priced too. Parking is just behind the store in the Moor car park and is reasonably priced as well.
