Rubbish service. Gave me a price for trainers then took 20 minutes to find the second pair. Once found the price is more then what was told. When questioned about the price the useless staff had no explanation. Won’t step in here again.

Service and male staff are terrible. He's trying to sell something, but if the customer does not buy it, he will say things and act like he's ignoring you.

Terrible service. Went there yesterday (Jan 3rd) and asking the black male who was working there to try a pair of UK 7 Nike Air. Instead of looking up for the right pair, he just hand me over one UK 6 from the shelf and lied as it was UK 8.

I was not happy with the tall black guy who was working here on the day(9 AUGUST 2015) that I purchased my trainers. I chose some shirts and wasn't able to fold it and besides its not my job .. so, he was like so irritated that I didn't fold it. Like seriously, you'll react that way, you're being paid to do your job so DO IT!!! He thinks I didn't see him his angry face .. To the manager please kindly teach him how to do his job properly and don't show an attitude at all..
