You know the brand. You know they're expensive, but they last for years, literally. I've been in this store a couple of times. Once to pick up a voucher, and then again to buy some shoes. Both times, the staff were so helpful without being over the top. They clearly know the product and are fans of it, too. Just could do with being a slightly bigger store.
Bought my wife some docs. Great service. Right level of attentiveness, but of course...not cheap.
Went to purchase my first pair of Dr Martens, being a more mature customer I was not sure where to start. These guys were all so helpful and fitted me out with a pair I love. I must have tried about 10 pairs, nothing was too much trouble for them. I bought purple laces and the polish too. Highly recommend this store and the staff! Thanks guys

My wife and I each bought a pair of Doc Martens...the staff were very helpful when we were trying on different styles. Overall, a really positive experience. And we love their footwear!

Absolutely excellent customer service. Joey and Jim were incredibly helpful and made my visit to the shop a really good experience. It was like having two personal shoppers! Can't thank them enough!
Brilliant staff. Knew what we wanted so was a painless easy transaction. Shame that there was no nearby parking just for the 10mins that we were there as Britannia Parking entrance was shut.
Boots that last and stylish to with over 50 different styles...
