My mother recently passed away at the hospital. I can only describe the staff as amazing , I work in care so I know what it takes. They were all fabulous in ICU. and Ward 9 Paul went above and beyond his duty and even combed my mums hair. I can’t commend them all enough by far the best hospital with excellent care Thankyou All

I went to the Breast Clinic this week.nFrom the moment I arrived until the moment I left I felt that all the staff were absolutely wonderful. They greeted everyone with a smile and did their upmost to make you feel at ease. Also they were professional in every way.
Had my 20 week scan with antenatal. Being excited as I have booked and paid for a gender reveal party, the women at the desk was strangely happy and smiling when she informed us that they can not write the gender on a piece of paper and that me or my partner would need to be informed and not a family member as it’s there policy. She would not even let my sister wait in the waiting room despite it being completely empty. She was pretty much laughing at our disappointment, like she was gaining satisfaction from it. Pregnancy is a precious time for people and it should not be in the control of others. Wasn’t until after the shock I thought about going for a private scan, at this point it was too late. The women doing my scan was lovely, just a stupid policy, decisions on pregnancy are for the parents
I had a kidney stone removed early March and I need to say ward 12c, the surgeon Mrs Theakre and so far so good and I am hopeful, the anesthetist has made me feel refreshed and the nurses who you spend more time with are comasionate, high in moral with desire to do led by care attention thought respect and desire. The domestics do their job well, the place is cleaned continually to a very high standard and dare I say it, it smells nice here too. It's not an average smelling hospital ward!! Thankyou all.
