Tried to call them day after day to make an appointment after a referral.  Nobody ever answers the phone.  I used the website to make a complaint and ask for a call back to make the appointment.  This too was ignored.  Two weeks after the referral, I still have no appointment.

Fab service phoned to arrange appt and facilitated a change of date. Very efficient. Had two ultrasound scans with SUE what a lovely knowledgeable friendly lady.  She made me feel so much better thank you Sue.

Over 40 minutes on the phone and directed to 4 different numbers.  Both people I spoke to kept interrupting me on the phone, that was when I finally got through as no one answered the phone so had to go through different options.
Total shambles.

Like the previous reviewer, I am unable to get through on the telephone to confirm my appointment.  I have tried at all times of the day but the phone just rings out.  Also, I really don't understand why they haven't set up a voicemail service so that patients can leave a message when they're unable to get through.  I will now try and contact them via the website but am not holding my breath!  A very disappointing and unimpressive service :-(

I have had many scans at this centre only to find months later even years.still no scan results.travelled to/from centre over 10 miles away.continued to ask at my doctor's for results lm still left with NO RESULTS..NHS.have defiantly failed British citizens.why have l paid nat.ins.stamp for over 40 years.it defiantly is not for my medical health.need l say anymore.
