My wife had an app ointment this am for an echocardiogram, it was done very well and the lady who did it was very good and helpful ,thank you. However we would like to to put in an observation . The centre is very badly sign posted . There is a sign post for a left turn and then nothing further to indicate actually where it is. Also this morning, Saturday the centre was freezing cold and the only heater was not on. Maybe these matters can be dealt with to give folk a comfortable visit.

Check the map. First building on left as you enter Lancaster road.nNOT screwfix road.nnParking for about 40 cars .nnStaff brilliant once you get in.nEntrance in middle NOT left hand side.

Good luck with getting through! Appalling telephone service , lost count how many different numbers i tried just to get an answer . The staff there must be on a permanent tea break

Went for a scan and whilst in the room with the scan being carried out 2 persons walked in to find something and didn't even ask if I minded. The person doing the scan didn't question them coming in also.  Patient privacy is non existent. I  filed in the questionnaire to say I was very unhappy about this but not even got an apology.
