Booked for my wife to stay here for a night away from the kids with a meal and a couple of spa treatments. She had a wonderful time and came home with nothing negative to say. She took a friend and try were both blown away, particularly by the quality of the food. Not only was it incredible quality (their compliments to the chef!) but they both said the food was served in actual portion sizes that filled you up. Room was larger than expected, clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful whilst I was booking and made various amendments without making me feel like I was putting them out (this happens far more often than you'd expect!) and were very attentive during the stay. The Happy Birthday chocolates served after dinner were a lovely touch. Grounds are stunning, only the cold weather and snow stopped my wife exploring more. Both said their spa treatments were very enjoyable and both want to come back soon! All in all, I can't recommend enough, Thank you!!

Just been there for mum and dads Diamond wedding. Beautiful country house hotel.
Not too big and not too small .
Lovely rooms pricing reasonable.
Super staff can't do enough for you.
Super restaurant very high quality food.

Lovely stay in a very nice area. Hugely spacious hotel room with all amenities expected. Hotel is looking a little tired in parts and could do with some TLC but not enough to knock off a star. Very nice professional staff. Nice well presented dinner and a very nice full English breakfast. Would return!

Enjoyed a lovely one stay on the 18th March to celebrate my husband and my own birthdays. Although the weather was extremely cold, the hotel was warm and welcoming. Excellent evening meal and delicious breakfast served. Curteous and friendly staff, lovely clean spacious room. Look forward to returning one day.

We stayed at Wyck Hill last week as a birthday treat from my partner. I cannot fault the staff as they were very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the management and the cleanliness of the room. I woke up the next morning and discovered that the top sheet appeared to have some sort of stain (which resembled dried blood) on it - totally disgusting. I have taken pictures and will upload if I can. The bathroom tap dripped constantly and we were unable to open one of the shutters in the bedroom. The downstairs bar also smelt there was a problem with the drains. We complained to reception who said they would speak to the manager, however we have heard nothing back from them despite emailing them as well. Really not very happy with customer care (or lack of) at all!
