We didn't stay overnight as we just attended the spar, swimming pool and sauna etc. The swimming pool was reasonably warm and well set out with jacuzzi and smaller side pools. The steam and sauna rooms were very nice and as you would expect. Afterwards we are in the dining room and the staff and management were very accommodating. The food was also very nice indeed - recommended.

Hallmark is a pleasant hotel with excellent staff and adequate if small gym facilities. The rooms are big enough although the beds are not the comfiest. The food is well cooked if not particularly exciting. The location is convenient if you are after the dry ski slope but not much else is in walking distance. Overall it is a pleasant experience and a good base if you bring a car.

We arrived at the hotel to only realise that is not as good as in the pictures!!! Far from it! Entrance not very clean or inviting at all! We were kept waiting for 1 hour to be checked in after being on the road for 3 hours... !! Floors or rooms not very clean, towels and gowns in really poor condition. We are still to try breakfast and see facilities however I’m already put off by what I’ve seen so far so not really looking forward to it! We booked 3 nights here so I’ll leave another review when we going to check out!

Bit run down rooms but breakfast was very good. Sports facilities were good too.

Feels slightly out of the way but otherwise really good. Bar area was comfortable and a good place for one to one or small group meetings. Friendly staff and prices okay.
