Our restaurants called The Cotswold Grill is open daily serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and evening meals.

Booked a weekend stay. Hotel is very characterful, located in Chipping Campden, a very pretty village. Room was very nice, quite spacious and very comfortable. The spa was great, and we used it a few times. We booked massages and facials which relaxed us on our arrival. The villagers were generally quite pleasant, but we found the guests were not so nice to us at meal times and so ordered breakfast as room service. Overall we had a great time and would recommend a stay.

Stayed during the week for a very reasonable rate. The service was exceptional. Weekend prices look quite steep, as the decor is needing a spruce up I wouldn't be happy paying more than we did. Excellent location.

Good central location in Chipping Campden. The main car park is around the back near the spa. It was a bit tricky to work out how to get to reception as someone had parked in front of the start of the path. We stayed in one of the cottage rooms which was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Dinner in the Fig restaurant was good. The spa made a mistake with our treatment booking - we had an email confirming that we had booked in for 11, but when we showed up at 10:45 (the recommended 15 minutes before treatment) we were told that our treatments were due to start at 10:40. Fortunately we didn't miss out on much, but the spa receptionist was not very apologetic that they had given us incorrect booking details. We had full body massages and the scalp massage - all very pleasant and relaxing. The pool and steam room area is a little small, so it can be difficult to get a lounger at busy times. Some other hotel guests were told that there wasn't room for them while we were there and they were obviously disappointed about that. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of cooked and buffet items.

Really lovely hotel. Staff are lovely. Rooms are spacious with loads of amenities. They come in and turn down the room which I think is a really nice touch. Rooms were clean. Spa facilities were great and had a treatment which was lovely.
